img35.imageshack.us/i/timeoutz.jpg/Time Out has a wonderful short interview with James. He confirms the news about the Saint and says he is practising raising one eyebrow like Roger Moore used to do!!! Thanks holly, very interesting, loved the bit about his audition in a lobby for a Russian Director who arrived drunk and people threw money at James as they thought he was a busker

very nice article, thank you holly but what is a busker exactly..... An entertainer performing in the streets. Sometimes they are very good but just can't get work so this is the next best thing, they usually have a hat or box on the ground and passers by give them money.

Some nice PR doing the rounds for Injustice. being me I particularly like this interview: lifeofwylie.com/2011/06/07/the-saint-james-purefoy/ and this quote from it: "“It’s quite big and it’s quite special and it’s a great marque of a character that has been seen before and is coming back. And it’s going to require a great deal of mischief-making on my behalf. Just because that’s what the character is. He is full of mischief. It is a television series…” But when asked if he was talking about the return of The Saint, he added: “It has been on the back-burner for some time and I was involved with it four years ago. We are in the process of trying to bring it back again. “I think it’s a lovely character. I really do think it’s a wonderful character. A twinkle in the eye and a piece of mischief as you’re telling great cracking stories. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just a lovely, lovely character to play. It’s for American television. There are big plans afoot for it to happen.”"

I've always found Amazon to be quite reasonable, you can almost always pick up used books for less than 50p plus postage and packing of course

Hi Sisters,
You probably already know this, but I'll mention it anyway: Commercial websites track the information in their search boxes, so I type James Purefoy into Audible (us and uk) from every laptop I use so they'll see he's in demand. Please do the same! I LONG for his book on tape! (A weird thing to say, I agree - but there it is.)
Sweaty xoxo from the 98 degree desert! And don't forget to push poll like mad!

Better ones are The Saint's Getaway, Enter the Saint, The Saint in New York, The Brighter Buccaneer and The Saint Intervenes...all of which will give you a good taste of the sort of character we're going for.
