Just gotta let you know that Game of Thrones started here last night with double episodes and it is fantastic, kept thinking James and Ray Stevenson would have been terrific in the lead roles but must admit I do like Sean Bean and Mark Addy.
I am really going to enjoy this series, can't wait for the next one.

Be interesting to see who will play the new characters

I saw a poster for this last Monday, and thought how very yummy Mr Fassbender looked not released here until the middle of September, can't wait. One of my all time favourite Bronte novels ;D We went to a mid-morning showing of Limitless, you know one of those special performances for us 'oldies' where tickets are half price including coffee and biscuits, and the sound is turned down to a reasonable level . It's the second time I've seen this film, still enjoyed it, Bradley Cooper is great, didn't realise first time around just how much dialogue his character had ( too busy looking at the pretty) you know Kathy it's getting frightening, these guys are younger by the minute, this one's the same age as Christopher Hoping to see Cowboys and Aliens next Wednesday Have you seen the last Harry Potter film yet?

Yes last Harry Potter is amazing film,I was moved, how many years we lived with story of this sorcer?10 YEARS!!!Some of children grown up with their heroes.Yes I cried and think that all the characters were played very good,I was surprised participation of Ciaran Hinds as Aberforth Dumbledore. When I look back so my favourite character is still prof.Minerva McGonagall, prof.Snape and Lucius Malfoy. They all will miss me.

Must admit I am not a fan of the Harry Potter movies (probably the only person on the universe who is not!) Saw the first one and not bothered about any of the others. However, my daughter is a huge fan.

However, my daughter is a huge fan. I've never been interested in reading the HP books, I always considered them to be written for children! My kids were grown by the time the books were published. Although I love fantasy, there is really only one, the best, for me Lord of the Rings, everything else pales in comparison. It's the characters you fall in love with, isn't it, and the story telling. Wendy on the other hand is a huge fan too, and after dragging her off to all the sci/fi fantasy films you can name I could hardly say no to seeing the HP films when she asked I watched a film on the box, starring Robert Pattinson, called Remember Me, Pierce Brosnan was in it too, so thought I'd give it a go! It dragged a bit, troubled teen, broken family, but stick with it the ending took me totally by surprise, sniff Have you been watching the new series of Torchwood? I'm quite taken with it so far I wish HBO would announce the new cast for series two of Game of Thrones

I'm a big fan of Alex Kingston since I saw her as Moll Flanders with Daniel Craig back in 1997 and in Croupier with Clive Owen in 1996, she's the only reason I'm still watching Doc Who (can't bear the new doctor!!) Not forgetting ER you can almost guarentee everything she does is worth watching.
