Marchlands was a six/eight part series on the box a couple of months ago, it was very good, what did you do Chastity, sleep through it ;D The Crimson Petal and the White, was also on the box not long ago, I started watching it, but didn't much like it, had the same problem with the book, just didn't take to the characters RG was Emelia Sedden in Vanity Fair wasn't she and she did an Aussie film with Alex O'Laughlin - lucky girl Well i did see crimson petal and i liked it altho it was a bit of a slow start. Yes she was in vf and also Emma, glorious 39 (have you seen those Kath?) and amazing grace with my Rufus ;D So have you been watching the hour Althea? Have only just started to watch The Hour, I have it recorded on my skybox.

Ah well, all is explained, I was too busy looking at Micheal Fassbender Trust you! I can't wait to see Michael in Jane Eyre, which is currently in post production. Finally been to see 'Jane Eyre', last Wednesday, enjoyed the film over all, well I would, wouldn't I for obvious reasons. Although I still prefer the version with Timothy Dalton Started watching the new season of 'Strike Back-Project Dawn', saw four episodes back to back, Richards Armitage's character was bumped off if the first five minutes, ho hum ! The last series of 'Spooks' starts tomorrow along with 'Downton Abbey' my Sky box is going to be busy recording all these programmes. Hoping to see 'Tinker,Taylor,Soldier, Spy' next Wednesday

I also loved Jane Eyre and Michael Fassbender played Rochester so well. I saw him recently in an older movie of his 'Angel' with Romola Garai. Can't wait for Season 2 of Downton Abbey. We have to wait a while for UK TV series to be shown here and hope we get those you mentioned althea

Went to see 'One Day' yesterday, although it hasn't had very good write-ups, I quite enjoyed it, apart from the end make sure you take a BOX of tissues. The main criticism seems to be Emma's choice in men namely Dexter, come on we don't get to choose who we fall in love with. A real 'chick/flick', an ice cream a bag of popcorn and good cry, what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon
